By using the VesselFront platform, API, or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
VesselFront provides AI-driven routing recommendations, voyage analytics, and supporting APIs for commercial shipping. Recommendations are decision-support outputs and do not replace the master's authority on the bridge.
You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer the model or its outputs; (b) resell access without a written reseller agreement; (c) use the platform to facilitate sanctioned voyages or prohibited cargo. Closed-beta access is granted at our discretion.
You retain ownership of vessel particulars, telemetry, and voyage records you submit to the platform. We retain ownership of the routing model, methodology, and aggregated anonymized benchmarks.
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Piraeus.
